The mission of the Mountain Education Charter High School Personnel Department is to use our expertise and knowledge to assist all employees with employee relations, certification, compensation, benefits administration, and employee records.
We handle all day-to-day activities in relation to recruitment and selection, job announcements, new hire processing, and on-boarding of new employees.
We are here to help in any situation we can with care and compassion.
